The organization operates in the behavioral healthcare industry, addressing barriers to mental health, substance use, and eating disorder treatments. It focuses on providing personalized, virtual care that connects clients with clinicians, care teams, and supportive communities. By targeting individuals with complex needs, the program expands access to meaningful care and aims to improve outcomes through remote treatment.


2. About the Opportunity:

The Admissions Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating admissions for at-risk clients. This position ensures a smooth and compassionate intake process, directly contributing to the organization's mission by increasing the number of individuals receiving care each day. The role demands adherence to strict timelines and documentation standards, with performance measured by admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission.


3. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Build trust and gather necessary client information including demographics and treatment histories
  • Communicate financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs clearly
  • Maintain accurate client records using Salesforce, including consents and insurance details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as time-to-admission and satisfaction scores
  • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders to move clients into the program
  • Understand and communicate the organization's services, mission, and clinical model effectively


4. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-5 years of sales experience; healthcare admissions experience preferred
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets in sales or admissions
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work shift-based schedules
  • Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies preferred
  • Experience with adolescents and young adults in mental health contexts preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Target base compensation between $54,000 and $60,000 annually
  • Performance-based bonus with total cash compensation range between $66,000 and $84,000 per year
  • Salary determined by experience, location, and other relevant factors
