About the Opportunity:

The DATA ANALYST role is centered on maintaining and improving the accuracy and relevance of equipment cost data. This position plays a critical role in supporting quarterly cost updates, generating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance data quality and streamline processes. The analyst's work directly influences ownership and operating cost calculations, thereby impacting decision-making within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Update equipment cost data quarterly with thorough research and documentation
  • Conduct industry research on equipment cost trends
  • Support ad-hoc data requests, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to improve processes
  • Ensure data quality standards are met alongside the Data Quality team
  • Enhance documentation and transparency of data processes
  • Audit existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines when required
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with databases
  • Basic programming skills in R or Python
  • 1 to 3 years of data analyst or related field experience
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Growth-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous learning


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • $80,000 to $95,000 annually
