About the Opportunity:
The Project Manager oversees real estate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within established scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. This role leads project teams, coordinates resources, manages risks, and works closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The position contributes to successful project delivery by maintaining strong governance, clear communication, and effective execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, quality standards, and risk factors.
• Select project delivery resources through pre-qualification or bidding processes and provide recommendations to clients.
• Establish and maintain project governance and documentation in accordance with organizational and client standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated project data, records, and documentation.
• Direct and guide project delivery teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and track action plans to meet project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor project performance and communicate status, risks, and variances to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply established project management principles and techniques to resolve complex project challenges.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across the project management function.
• Build stakeholder consensus and demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values.
• Manage customer, operational, project, and service activities across assigned teams.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Ability to evaluate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a project-driven environment.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $90,000–$115,000 USD annually.
• Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and other relevant factors.
• Eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
