About the Opportunity:
The SALES DATA ANALYST role within the sales operations team is focused on transforming raw sales data into accurate, actionable reports and dashboards that inform decision-making across sales and other departments. This position ensures data integrity, supports cross-functional collaboration, and continuously improves reporting processes to drive better business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses tracking sales pipeline, customer trends, and performance
- Extract and transform data from CRM, data lakes, warehouses, and BI platforms to support consistent reporting
- Conduct routine data audits and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other teams to understand reporting needs and resolve data issues
- Document reporting processes, maintain tools, and seek improvements in data reporting and sharing
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, business, or data analysis
- Proficient in Excel including Power Query; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Hands-on use of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalents
- Skilled in auditing and maintaining data accuracy in reporting workflows
- Able to work remotely with reliable home office setup and self-direction
- Preferred: experience supporting sales operations, familiarity with data lake environments, and documentation of reporting processes
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Hourly rate between $22.35 and $24.03, dependent on experience and skillset
- Bonus eligible
