About the Opportunity:

The VERTICAL MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for leading personalized marketing strategies tailored to specific industry verticals within the organization's go-to-market pods. This role focuses on crafting targeted messaging, positioning, and campaigns that directly contribute to accelerating pipeline growth and revenue within assigned markets. By collaborating closely with sales, product, and data teams, the position ensures marketing efforts resonate with targeted accounts, driving impact and competitive differentiation.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement vertical marketing strategies aligned with sales motions.
  • Define ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and competitive positioning for assigned verticals.
  • Create personalized messaging frameworks by account tier, persona, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to integrate insights into account narratives.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, industry-specific messages.
  • Produce field-ready enablement materials tailored to target accounts.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing outputs and efficiency.
  • Plan and execute personalized campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Increase brand awareness within verticals to position the organization’s products as leading solutions.
  • Coordinate integrated multi-channel campaign strategies carrying personalized messaging.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to define success metrics and optimize campaign performance.
  • Represent vertical marketing during planning and review cycles.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to support commercialization of new capabilities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators related to pipeline and revenue.
  • Incorporate market, competitive, and industry insights into go-to-market strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in product, vertical, or partner/channel marketing within SaaS, fintech, financial services, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through vertical-focused marketing.
  • Experience developing personalized, account-level messaging and managing ABM programs.
  • Ability to translate complex, data-driven technology into clear industry narratives.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills linking marketing programs to business outcomes.
  • Effective project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency and habitual use of AI tools to enhance marketing work.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Base salary starting at $160,000, dependent on experience.
  • Full-time compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to board approval.
