What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the President of the AWC Global Portfolio in the Medical Surgical business
- Schedule and manage on- and off-site meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences
- Create and compile meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and summaries
- Manage travel arrangements, calendars, and expense reporting, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Suggest and implement improvements to office procedures and quality goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 5 years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role
- OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Expertise equivalent to administrative certifications such as the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Experience with financial and employee data systems such as SAP, Workday, or Concur
- Previous experience supporting executives in the medical technology sector
- Degree in Marketing or 5 years of experience in a Marketing support role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
