What You'll Do: π Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations π Provide exceptional support to team members and clients via phone and email ποΈ Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to information π Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records π€ Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and project management π Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes
What We're Looking For: β Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role β Strong organizational skills with attention to detail β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β Excellent verbal and written communication skills β Ability to work independently as well as part of a team β Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
