eCommerce Merchandiser / eMerchandiser / Project manager

We are looking for an eCommerce Merchandiser to join our fast-growing eCommerce agency. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of eCommerce content projects, working directly with international clients and our internal design team to deliver and optimise content for major online retailers.

Your primary focus will be on marketplaces and large retailers such as Amazon, Allegro, and similar platforms. While your work will be predominantly eCommerce-focused, you may occasionally support website-related initiatives where relevant, though this will not be your core responsibility.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Hungary, working CET business hours.

• Own eCommerce projects end-to-end, from briefing and planning through production, delivery, and optimisation
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on eCommerce and marketplace-related projects
• Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables across multiple eCommerce content projects
• Brief and collaborate closely with designers on:
• Primary and secondary images
• A+ / enhanced content
• Brand stores
• Retailer-specific visuals and specifications
• Ensure all content aligns with retailer guidelines, best practices, and brand standards
• Apply marketplace SEO principles to improve visibility, discoverability, and performance
• Review and QA content for quality, compliance, and effectiveness before delivery
• Identify and manage commercial upsell and scope extension opportunities
• Apply AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline daily eCommerce tasks, optimise content performance, and improve efficiency across client projects.
• Occasionally support website-related content initiatives where relevant
• Use Asana and Google Chat to manage tasks, feedback, timelines, and communication

🛠 The Ideal Candidate Has

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the eCommerce industry
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (both is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of eCommerce content standards for marketplaces and retailers
• Knowledge of SEO for marketplaces / retail SEO
• Experience handling eCommerce content projects
• Familiarity with Helium 10, KW Finder or other SEO tools are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Experience working with international clients
• Confidence briefing designers with clear expectations and specifications
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify upsell opportunities
• Interest in and willingness to learn about AI and AI-driven eCommerce solutions
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-learning environment🎁 What We Offer
