Job Title: Junior Account Executive

Location: Remote (US-based only)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire)

Compensation: Up to $141,500 total (fixed base + variable); exact structure competitive and discussed upon application/offer.

A fast-growing AI-powered SaaS CRM and revenue growth platform is seeking a junior account executive to join a US-based remote sales team. This role is not vertical-specific and will work across a wide range of industries served by the platform (including Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Real Estate, Automotive, Hospitality, and more). Past experience in B2B SaaS companies like Zoho or HubSpot is highly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and generate pipeline through high-volume calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.
  • Qualify leads via initial discovery conversations and align solutions to prospect needs.
  • Build early relationships and guide prospects through the initial sales stages.
  • Collaborate closely with senior AEs, marketing, and cross-functional teams to advance opportunities.
  • Track all activities and maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in CRM (Salesforce or similar).

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, inside sales, junior AE, or equivalent) with proven outbound prospecting.
  • Exposure to SaaS sales environments (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, or revenue tools).
  • Experience working with or selling platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable SaaS solutions.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and comfort with outbound outreach in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, resilient, and eager to learn/grow in SaaS sales.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
