Job Title: Program Manager (Contract)

Type: Freelance, 40 hrs/week

Start: Interviewing ASAP

Length: 12-month contract

Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)

Compensation: Up to $45/hr DOE

Our leading global cloud platform client is seeking a Program Manager to support their team across campaign workflows, tooling and quarterly planning cycles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own workflow and process design across integrated marketing and cross-functional teams
• Support quarterly/monthly planning across IC&C (Integrated Campaigns & Content)
• Optimize Jira — dashboards, automations, Kanban/scrum boards, and reporting
• Partner with events, partner/channel marketing, and other internal groups to drive process alignment
• Improve tooling + reporting to help teams hit business goals with less drag
• Track marketing milestones and deliverables with a clean, centralized calendar
• Surface gaps, propose fixes, and follow through

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

• Experience partnering with Director+ or VP+ stakeholders to lead process changes
• Strong familiarity with Jira — building workflows, boards, dashboards, and automations
• 3–5+ years in marketing ops, business ops, or campaign program management
• Clear, clean communicator who can simplify cross-functional chaos
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders at once
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and reporting without babysitting

This is a fulltime-freelance 40 hrs/week contract through June of 2026, with opportunity to extend for the right fit.
