Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Speaker Booking Agent. The Speaker Booking Agent will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their event goals, managing speaker inquiries, sourcing and securing highly qualified speakers, and facilitating contract negotiations. The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with speakers, providing administrative support for event logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, client consultation, and communication skills
  • Experience in sourcing and coordinating high-profile speakers, as well as managing speaker rosters
  • Experience in developing a client base
  • Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client briefs simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven industry while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the corporate event sector and an understanding of audience engagement dynamics
  • Flexibility to adjust to client needs and a results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in event management, talent booking, or a related field is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to network and sustain professional relationships in the industry
