Technical Project Manager

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate software development and infrastructure projects across our internal teams. This isn't a traditional PM role, you'll need genuine technical depth to understand what our engineers are building, identify risks early, and make sound decisions when trade-offs arise.

You'll work closely with development teams, DevOps, and leadership to keep complex, concurrent projects moving forward.

We're looking for someone who can context-switch between a backend API redesign and a Kubernetes migration without losing the thread on either.

What You'll Do

Lead delivery of software development and infrastructure projects from planning through release

Coordinate across engineering teams working in .NET, Angular, Next.js, Node, and Python

Manage dependencies, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent workstreams

Work with technical leads to break down complex initiatives into actionable delivery plans

Facilitate technical discussions and help teams navigate architectural decisions

Support product planning and roadmap development, understanding both customer needs and technical constraints

Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and communication rhythms

What We're Looking For

Essential

Strong software development background: you've built things yourself and understand the realities of engineering work

Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple dependencies

Familiarity with modern development practices: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, agile delivery

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams

Highly Desirable

Product management experience: understanding how to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Exposure to AI/ML projects or data-intensive systems

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-transaction-volume platforms
