Role Description

This is a remote, contract position for a Project Administrator at The Multicultural Professional Network, with an anticipated start date in July 2025. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing essential support across various projects. Your role will include project coordination, analytical tasks, communication activities, and daily administrative assistance to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project support and coordination to ensure successful project execution.
  • Perform analytical tasks to support project decision-making and strategy.
  • Assist with communication activities, including drafting reports, emails, and updates.
  • Offer administrative assistance, managing schedules, and handling day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintain excellent organisational and time-management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in project support and coordination.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
