Role:Brand DesignerFull-time & RemoteOverviewThinkSeb is a boutique design studio building timeless brands for bold leaders.We’re in a visible, high-growth phase and are looking for a designer who understands brand as more than visuals — as a system, an experience, and a story.The RoleWe’re seeking a Brand Designer who combines strategic thinking with refined aesthetics.

 You’ll craft complete visual identities — from concept and core strategy to elegant, cohesive brand systems. Your work will shape how brands look, and feel across every touchpoint.

Your Background / Experience

• 4+ years of experience in brand identity design and creative direction.
• Proven ability to build visual systems that balance creativity with strategy.
• Mastery of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A portfolio that reflects timeless design, strong conceptual thinking, and precision.
• Deep understanding of typography, hierarchy, and composition.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in explaining design rationale.
• Passion for growth and creative excellence — you’re always evolving your craft.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale brand identities: logos, color palettes, typography, and visual systems.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines and collateral that feel consistent and elevated.
• Bring brands to life across digital and print — websites, campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to evolve ThinkSeb’s design direction.
• Uphold and expand ThinkSeb’s signature aesthetic — clarity, balance, and storytelling.
