• Live and virtual leadership training events

• Engage in professional discussions relating to leadership, development, and growth
• Introduce suitable individuals to structured leadership and development pathways
• Build, expand, and manage a professional network
• Support individuals as they engage with development programs
• Operate independently using established systems, tools, and frameworks
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development
• Take accountability for activity levels and performance outcomes
