As a bootstrapped Australian startup, we’re looking for a passionate hustler to join our mission to disrupt the ticketing market.

The Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Growth Lead to drive TicketLime’s expansion. You’ll pitch our game-changing platform to event organisers, convincing them to switch from competitors like Eventbrite or TryBooking. This equity-based role is perfect for someone excited about startups, events, and building something big from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pitch to event organizers (festivals, conferences, community events, etc.) to adopt TicketLime.
  • Leverage our price-beat guarantee and no-contract model to close deals.
  • Build a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine sales strategies and grow our brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or the events/ticketing industry.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills to pitch TicketLime’s unique value.
  • Passion for startups and comfort with a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Connections in the Australian or global events industry (a plus, but not required).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a knack for closing deals.
