We run a modern recruitment operation built on purpose-built technology, AI-assisted workflows and proper automation — not legacy agency processes and spreadsheets.

We're bringing on our first Recruitment Consultants to help build the business from the ground up.

What this opportunity is

This is an independent contractor role. Commission only.

There is no salary, no retainer and no guaranteed income.

Contractors earn [X]% of the placed fee on each successful placement.What you'll do

• Develop new client relationships across technical industries
• Run your own 360 desk from intake to placement
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and your network
• Conduct candidate qualification and interviews
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients
• Manage offers and placements
• Maintain your recruitment activity within our platform

What you'll bring

• Experience running a 360 recruitment desk
• A track record of business development
• Experience in engineering, mining, construction, manufacturing or industrial recruitment (highly regarded)
• Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial approach
• An ABN, or willingness to establish one
• Social Media Awareness
• LinkedIn Sourcing
