Role Description

This is a remote and flexible position as a Travel Agent with Tourism Teacher. The Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, booking reservations, providing customer support, arranging car rentals, and offering tailored travel packages. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and Car Rentals
• Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and resolve travel-related concerns
• Experience with Sales and the ability to recommend and promote suitable travel packages
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with travel industry software and tools is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different time zones
• Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations is a plus
