We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and help us align our HR strategies with our business goals.
Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, enhance engagement, and increase productivity and retention. The HRBP will develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategy. Our team can expect our HR team to serve as a business consultant, thought partner, employee resource, trusted advisor, and a partner in action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop a deep understanding of the overall business, its needs, culture, and key business strategies. Work with specific functional areas across the business as a Business Consultant.
- Employee Relations: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention as an Employee Resource.
- HR Strategy Implementation: Implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy by using data, metrics, trends, and feedback as a Partner in Action.
- Policy Development: Advise managers on HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented effectively, serving as a Thought Partner.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve complex employee relations issues and address concerns and issues in a thoughtful and timely manner.
- Workforce Planning: Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning as a Trusted Advisor.
- HR Projects: Manage and coordinate HR projects and initiatives.This includes ongoing initiatives to improve and maintain employee communication of key initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a
- strategic HR role.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Certifications: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
