We're seeking a talented Senior Visual Designer who can operate as a generalist with a specialty in 3D renderings to help create photorealistic renderings of our products while also supporting broader creative initiatives across marketing and digital experiences.

Position Overview

The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic renderings of medical products, packaging, and branded assets used throughout the customer journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical rendering work and creative design projects. While 3D rendering will be a core skill required for this role, the successful candidate will also contribute to website design, advertising creative, landing pages, email assets, and other marketing materials as business needs arise.

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience creating product-focused renderings rather than gaming, entertainment, or character-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings of vials, syringes, packaging, medical devices, and other healthcare-related products.
• Build and maintain reusable 3D models, materials, textures, and scene libraries.
• Develop product imagery for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
• Create realistic product environments and visual concepts that support marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to develop visual assets for product launches and campaigns.
• Support the creation of digital marketing assets, including Meta ads, website graphics, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with Trava Health's brand standards and visual identity.
• Continuously improve rendering quality, efficiency, and creative workflows.

QualificationsRequired

• 3+ years of professional experience creating commercial 3D renderings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic product rendering work.
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D rendering software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating digital marketing or web design assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Preferred

• Experience rendering healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, wellness, cosmetic, or consumer packaged goods products.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with web design principles and conversion-focused marketing creative.
• Experience working on in-house creative teams or high-volume marketing environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
