REPORTS TO: CEO
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: part time- equivalent to 3 days / flexibility on working pattern
SALARY: £38,000-£43,000 prorated

What you’ll get up to:
As the CEO’s Executive & Personal Assistant, you’ll manage a wide range of administrative tasks (professional and personal), coordinating meetings, organising travel and managing their diary effectively. You’ll be familiar with our business priorities and help make sure the CEO’s time is prioritised effectively and optimised each day. This trusted position requires your discretion, attention to detail, proactivity and personable communication skills.
Could you be what we’re looking for?
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as an Executive and Personal Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO or senior leadership position
- Take pride in the details with exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office and project/task management tools like Asana
- Ability to exercise judgment, prioritise effectively, adapt and anticipate needs
- Discretion in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
