Agile Delivery Manager – HMRC Consultancy Engagement
Associate Consultant Level - Central gov experience essential, HMRC experience beneficial
£310 per day inside IR35
3 month initial contract
100% remote, must be UK based
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join a consultancy delivering a key programme of work for HMRC.
This is a hands-on delivery role, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to maintain momentum, remove blockers and ensure complex outcomes are delivered effectively.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading multidisciplinary teams through the full delivery lifecycle
• Creating clear delivery plans and maintaining focus on priorities
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and embedding effective ways of working
• Managing dependencies, risks, issues and delivery blockers
• Providing accurate reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders
• Building strong relationships across the consultancy and HMRC
• Supporting continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience delivering complex digital or technology programmes
• A successful track record as an Agile Delivery Manager
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience working within a consultancy or client-facing environment
• The confidence to challenge constructively and drive delivery forward
Previous experience within central government is essential, HMRC would be highly beneficial.
