This role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of web-based data applications for a leading digital marketing and advertising provider. The successful candidate will play a key part in testing new features, identifying and documenting issues, and verifying that application functionality aligns with product requirements. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders is essential to deliver a seamless and effective user experience. The position requires a proactive approach to both manual and automated testing, with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking and attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex web applications
  • Perform both manual and automated testing to validate new features and system enhancements
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing as needed
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality
  • Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements

Skills And Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on web-based applications
  • Proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle and QA best practices
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
