Real Estate Assistant (Remote – Australia, Preferably QLD)Location: Remote (anywhere in Australia – preference for QLD-based candidates)

V Property Consulting is a fast-growing buyer’s agency helping clients across Australia and overseas secure high-growth, high-yield residential investment properties. With a strong reputation built on trust, data-driven insights, and exceptional service, we’re now looking for a motivated Real Estate Assistant to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • 📅 Administrative Support: Manage documents, files, and internal records.
  • 🗓️ Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, property inspections, and client meetings.
  • 💬 CRM Management: Maintain and update leads, clients, and property information in Zoho CRM (training provided).
  • 📞 Agent & Client Communication: Call and follow up with real estate agents, property managers, and clients.
  • 💰 Invoicing & Follow-ups: Prepare and send invoices, and manage payment tracking.
  • 🏠 Property Research: Assist in researching listings, property data, and suburb profiles.
  • 📈 Reporting: Prepare weekly updates and summaries for the management team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in real estate, property administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and self-driven attitude.
