🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Epic Integration)

📍 Location: Remote (Must be local to NYC / NJ / Southern Connecticut)

Experience: 12 Years +

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Epic application and HL7/FHIR integration expertise to lead complex healthcare IT initiatives. This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates must be local to the NYC/NJ/Southern Connecticut area.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead strategy for data exchange between Epic and third-party systems
• Develop and manage project/program plans aligned with scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations
• Oversee project resourcing, cost estimates, risk assessments, and quality standards
• Lead cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery, communication, and performance
• Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Produce executive-level project and program status reports
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Assistant Directors, Junior PMs, and PMO staff

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 8–10 years of overall IT Program Management experience
• Minimum 4 years leading HL7/FHIR integration projects within an Epic environment
• Strong documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Proven leadership, professionalism, and stakeholder management experience

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification (PMI) – Strongly Preferred
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience in hospital or healthcare environments
• Experience working in Agile environments
