The Company
A specialist EPC and O&M platform backed by a Tier 1 Energy Investor is expanding its project-delivery team across the U.S.
The business delivers complex projects across BESS, CHP, fuel cells, geothermal, microgrids and solar.
The immediate hire will own live BESS construction and help the business progress into larger projects, broader technologies, and new markets.
The Role
You'll take hands-on EPC ownership of four standalone BESS projects across New York including:
- Project delivery from planning / LNTP through construction, commissioning and closeout
- Budgets, schedules, forecasting, progress reporting and customer meetings
- Civil and electrical subcontractors, scopes, RFIs, contracts and change orders
- Engineering, procurement, permitting and contractor coordination
- Identifying scope gaps, delays and commercial risk before they escalate
What They Need
- Hands-on EPC / General Contractor construction-delivery experience is required
- 5+ years of project-management experience in energy, renewables or electrical infrastructure
- Strong contract management across scope, change orders, time/cost and contractor accountability
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and customers
- Enough electrical / construction understanding to interpret drawings and civil/electrical interfaces
- BESS is preferred, but not a must-have
- Developer / IPP candidates are considered only if they previously worked directly on the EPC / GC side
