Due to medical advancements, 3 out of 4 individuals survive cancer, meaning an increasing number of people are learning to LIVE WITH CANCER. A significant portion (40%) of these survivors are of working age, yet they often lack the necessary support on how to successfully return to work. This is a growing global issue, with 19.3 million new cancer cases rising every year.

Positival offers a (digital) tailored treatment option so employees can function in their daily lives. The concept is based on research and an award-winning master's thesis, utilizing technology to deliver earlier intervention. We envision a world where every organization prioritizes the well-being of their employees, especially those who have overcome the challenges of cancer. We strive to be the leading provider of comprehensive support services, empowering employers to create inclusive and supportive environments where every employee can thrive.

Role (Volunteer, unpaid): Graphic DesignerRole Description: The volunteer graphic designer will support the refinement and optimisation of an existing digital health product. Responsibilities include improving visual hierarchy, clarity, and consistency across digital learning materials, adapting templates for effective digital delivery, and strengthening overall visual impact in line with the established brand style guide.

The role also includes contributing to visual and UX-related improvements on the service website, ensuring a coherent, professional, and user-friendly presentation of the product. The designer will collaborate closely with the founder, work from clearly defined content and templates, and help elevate the product from a solid foundation to a polished, high-impact digital experience.

Time Commitment: Volunteer 10+ hours per week for 3-4 weeks remotely.
