Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Planning Assistant. The Financial Planning Assistant will support financial advisors Phil and Daniel by updating our CRM's, creating file notes, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth implamentation of client-focused plans. Responsibilities include assisting in administrative tasks, AI tools, and maintaining up-to-date records. This role contributes to delivering high-quality service and ensuring operational efficiency within the financial planning process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and portfolio management
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as part of a remote team
