Digital Project Manager

To our sub-brand Widehue, we’re looking for a Digital Project Manager.

At Widehue we deliver branding, marketing, web and digital experience projects for ambitious scale-ups and global brands. Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who feels comfortable leading complex, multi-threaded projects where design is at the center. Someone who understands creative processes, protects the team’s focus, and at the same time confidently partners with clients to move their business forward.

This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for a person who can independently own projects end-to-end and proactively shape how they run.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid hands-on experience managing digital projects (branding, web, marketing design) — ideally in a design or marketing agency
• Confidence in leading multiple projects at once without losing clarity or quality
• Experience coordinating designers’ workload (Traffic Manager–like mindset is a plus)
• Ability to plan budgets, timelines and project scopes — and keep them transparent
• Proactive communication and partnership approach toward clients (not just coordination)
• Business thinking — spotting growth opportunities, supporting upsell/cross-sell conversations, understanding client goals
• Polish B2+ and English C1 (written and spoken)
