About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Designer specializing in Motion Graphics and Video Editing to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This role is integral to our creative and marketing efforts, combining graphic design, motion graphics, and video production to craft compelling visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design, motion graphics, and video editing, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into engaging visual stories. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, social media, and paid media to develop creative assets that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation initiatives. Your creativity and technical proficiency will help evolve our brand’s visual identity through innovative motion assets and technical applications, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conceptualization to final delivery, in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly influence our marketing success and brand growth.

Qualifications

  • Accredited degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field, or five or more years of professional design experience supported by a strong portfolio
  • Professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Lightroom
  • Intermediate proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design concepts, typography, and creative work across social media, paid media, digital, and web platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and best practices in the creative process, including daily use of platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others
  • Willingness to contribute across graphic design, video, and motion graphics projects in a team-oriented, adaptable mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute creative assets for digital, paid media, social media, web, and online platforms
  • Develop original visual concepts collaboratively with creative leads, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals
  • Create engaging, performance-driven designs that support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  • Develop scalable and adaptive content suitable for multiple campaigns and channels
  • Manage projects from ideation through execution, including proofing, revisions, and final delivery, while adhering to deadlines
  • Partner with project managers using tools like Workfront or Wrike to support timelines and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, presenting creative concepts and rationale to support brand strategies and campaigns
  • Apply and uphold brand identity guidelines consistently across all creative touchpoints
  • Innovate and evolve brand visuals through advanced motion assets and technical applications
  • Work with external agencies on ideation, file sharing, and refinement of creative deliverables
  • Partner with videographers to create video edits, cutdowns, and production-ready files
  • Utilize intermediate video editing and motion graphics skills to produce short- and long-form content
  • Leverage audience insights and performance data to inform visual concepts supporting marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on design, video, social media, and motion graphics trends and incorporate best practices
  • Share knowledge of AI tools and integrate them into the creative workflow to enhance quality and efficiency
