About The Role
As a Design Lead at Madeo, you will serve as a senior designer responsible for shaping user experiences and visual design for high-profile websites supporting mission-driven organizations. Your projects will range from interactive report microsites and editorial sites to large organizational websites. You will also contribute to enhancing brand design systems for the web. The ideal candidate is a talented and confident designer who values both research-driven wireframing and crafting polished, high-fidelity interactive UI designs. While the focus is on web design, a deep appreciation for visual and brand design is essential, as we view websites as an extension of brand identity.
