Job Title: AI/ML Associate Location: Remote, Australia Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience Required: 0–1 Year About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic AI/ML Associate to join our technology and innovation team. This entry-level position is designed for graduates and early-career professionals eager to build a career in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Generative AI. You will work alongside experienced engineers and data professionals to support the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The role offers extensive learning opportunities across machine learning workflows, data engineering, predictive analytics, and emerging AI technologies while working on enterprise-scale projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for machine learning applications.
  • Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to support business decisions.
  • Support AI model deployment and monitoring activities.
  • Participate in data collection, feature engineering, and model testing processes.
  • Collaborate with software engineering and product teams on AI initiatives.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, and model performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing AI-powered automation and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Support Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience through internships, academic projects, capstone projects, or research work.
  • Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or LLM frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
