What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for a range of virtual admin tasks across different business verticals. Depending on your skills and our needs, you could work with:
Travel & Hospitality — Supporting bookings, customer service, and travel logistics
Real Estate — Managing property listings, coordinating leads, and handling client communication
Automotive — Assisting with administrative tasks for dealerships and clients
Mail & Parcel Logistics — Helping with coordination, tracking, and client communication
Responsibilities could include:
Email and calendar management
Data entry and CRM updates
Handling customer queries via chat or email
Coordinating tasks with remote teams and external partners
Reporting, follow-ups, logging calls or client interactions
What We Expect From You
Excellent attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote working tools
A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn during our 3-day training programme
