From Personal Finance to Venture Capital
Clair's career began in commercial and personal finance, where he juggled three businesses simultaneously. Despite not achieving wild success initially, these experiences laid the foundation for his future endeavors. His transition to WeWork opened his eyes to the world of venture capital, a field he was previously unaware of.
Building Communities and Supporting Startups
At WeWork, Clair honed his community-building skills, supporting startups and small businesses locally, nationally, and globally. This role led him to DC Startup and Tech Week, where he now serves as the director of programs and community. His latest initiative, LaunchT, focuses on autonomous technology, aiming to support and connect innovators in the DMV region.
