As a rapidly growing company, we're seeking a personable and motivated graphic designer to join our team and help us and our clients build visually stunning and high-quality websites. Position Overview: As a Project Manager at //TECHYSCOUTS, you'll be responsible for overseeing client service requests and key parts within the fulfillment process. You'll work closely with internal teams, including development, design, QA and SEO/digital marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer experiences. Most importantly, you will be the face of our company to our clients, who we want to do right by and foster friendships with. RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Client-Facing Onboarding and Project Management:

• Lead the web design process for new clients, conducting discovery calls, defining project scopes, and setting clear expectations
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction in the design process

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate website construction and delivery, including development sprints, design reviews, and QA testing
• Help identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance fulfillment efficiency across the organization

Client Feedback and Training:

• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and drive product and service enhancements
• Help develop resources and materials for training new hires and cross-training existing staff on relevant skills and best practices

Timely Customer Support:

• Respond to clients' service requests immediately, and properly set expectations for the cost and timeline for new projects or smaller service requests

Identify and Facilitate Growth Opportunities:

• Learn as much about our clients' business as possible, and help to identify their business needs beyond //TECHYSCOUTS' current offerings
• Identify up-sales and cross-sales opportunities, provide pricing and other details as needed, and bring in sales support to close new service contracts

Other project work and tasks as defined by management Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, business, project/product management, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, project management or account management, preferably in a digital agency or technology company in a client-facing capacity
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus a friendly demeanor, with the ability to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams
• Experience with project management tools and IT ticketing systems is highly valuable. Linear, HubSpot, HelpScout, Height, CMS platforms a major plus
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or headless websites is highly desirable
• Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and basic HTML/CSS for making edits
• Knowledge in ADA compliancy is preferred. Understanding of current international accessibility laws, standards, and best practices, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1/2.2 and ARIA
