Required Experience

• 6–12+ years in Technical Project / Program Management
• Experience in IT separation, divestiture, or TSA delivery strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing in the stated focus areas
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
• Ability to manage 20–50 concurrent deliverables
• Strong executive communication skills (concise, structured, clear)

Preferred Experience

• Experience with contractual SLAs or regulated environments
• Experience in system decommissioning or migration programs
• Exposure to enterprise applications (ERP, data platforms, identity, hosting)
• Consulting background with execution focus

Tools &Operating Discipline

• Advanced project planning tools (MS Project / Smartsheet / equivalent)
• Structured RAID management
• Milestone-based tracking
• Clear documentation habits
• Comfortable operating in governance cadences

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is $106 - $115k. For corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
