In this role, you'll be the heart of our customer care experience—actively listening to customer needs, thinking creatively to resolve their concerns, and building connections that leave a lasting positive impression. What You'll Do
- Take ownership: You'll manage customer issues from start to finish, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and that solutions are delivered.

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 / year
- This is a salaried position
Hours + Schedule: Employees will be required to work a 40-hour workweek, with hours distributed across traditional business weekdays as part of their regular schedule.
- Please note that training will be conducted Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 PM CST.
