Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a contract job with 100% Remote opportunity..
Pay Range:__$21/hr. to $22/hr. on W2. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with 3+ years of experience delivering exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities include managing service tickets, troubleshooting basic technical problems, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms is preferred. This role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
