What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers across product, UX, and visual design
• Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams on product direction
• Oversee end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery
• Elevate design quality, consistency, and user experience across products
• Foster a strong design culture focused on collaboration and excellence

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience in product, UX, UI, or experience design

✅ Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams

✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

✅ Deep understanding of UX, UI, and human-centered design principles

✅ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Fluent English

✅ Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
