
Expert Ad Creative Strategist/Copywriter

We're seeking an already experience Creative Strategist who's either:
a. Worked directly for DTC brands
b. Worked for ad creative agencies
You'll be the lead creative strategist for the agency, working with some of Australia's largest 8 & 9 figure brands.
This role isn't for new or unexperienced people, we're seeking someone that's already in this in industry that's mad about creative strategy & copywriting.
- Must have 2+ years of Experience.
- Must be able to read and conceptualise facebook ad account data
Role Breakdown:
- Competitor and audience research for clients’ creative foundations
- Brainstorming UGC ad angles and hook variations weekly
- Develop creative strategy for UGC & Static ads
- Concept ideation, creative briefing and storyboard writing for our UGC creators. Develop original ideas, iterations and A/B test concepts
- Keeping a pulse on the industry to find out what’s working (and not working) for others, ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts.
- Work alongside the clients media buyer in research and developing ideas
- Use performance insights to inform future creative approaches and ideas
- Utilise tools such as Atria, Foreplay, Triple Whale, Motion etc. to brainstorm ideas with the team and constantly iterate winning creatives.
- Be apart of all team onboarding calls & host strategy calls with new clients
- Daily communication with team
- Weekly updates to clients
- Bi-weekly calls
Skills and Experience:
- Experience both ideating and delivering creative ideas, with a portfolio of relevant work
- An understanding of TikTok creative best practices as well as data-driven creative thinking
- Cultural curiosity. One eye on what’s working now and one eye on what trends are coming in the space which could inform future ideas
- Can function as an individual creative and as a team player
- A collaborative mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
