We’re looking for a proactive individual to join and build our customer service team. You should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Your initial responsibilities will include handling basic customer support tasks while also designing and implementing customer service systems. As the company grows, you’ll play a key role in building and leading the support team.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer support through various channels, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience through proactive service and support initiatives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
