We are a premium temp staffing agency specialising in Business Events, Brand Activations, Hospitality & Business Support. We have been established for nearly 16 years and while still a small business, we experience considerable growth year after year. Our work force consists of 900+ casual employees that we manage nationally. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with us on-going to help manage our current client portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Part-time, 30 hours, Monday to Friday 10-4pm
  • The role would be based remotely from Sydney, however you would have the option to work from a co-working space casually if you prefer
  • You would also need to attend weekly client meetings/site visits where required which could be anywhere in your city.
  • The start date of the role is flexible as we are looking for the right person for the role.

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Provide account management services to our existing clients from enquiry through to job completion.
  • Provide project management services to all clients to get each job from start to completion.
  • Build professional relationships with each client you manage and proactively stay in touch to grow accounts.
  • Train casual staff on client briefs.
  • Attend jobs to check on progress and ensure high standards are met.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties and general admin that come with the general nature of the role.
  • Drive process changes and improving business efficiency in all areas of account management.

About You:

  • At least 2 years experience in an account management role
  • Prior experience in project management or producing
  • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of G-Suite
  • Extremely self-motivated and ability to work autonomously 
  • Extremely organised & efficient
  • Positive work ethic with a can-do attitude
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous demonstrated experience working remotely
  • Must be very tech savvy and able to learn new software 
  • Out-going personality and ability to build professional relationships with clients easily
  • Process driven
  • Willing to get your hands dirty

Reporting

You will report to the Managing Director and you will be required to hit the ground running, take charge of the role and make it your own.
