We're looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to innovate on our Personalization platform, significantly influencing how users discover and engage with the community. This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead product and features design across various customer touchpoints, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and contribute to the strategic direction of client's design practices. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for complex products and features along the entire customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive strategic alignment.
• Utilize and contribute to the EVO design system, delivering cohesive experiences across mobile and desktop.
• Develop thoughtful, human-centered design solutions targeting both short-term outcomes and long-term vision.
• Craft user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes through the entire product development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in systems thinking and user-centered design processes.
• Strong proficiency in prototyping and leveraging design research and analytics.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working in complex organizational ecosystems.

Industry Experience

• 5+ years in software design within complex company ecosystems, preferably in e-commerce or a closely related sector.
