А fast‑growing, fully remote software company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Delaware, USA looking for Reddit Growth Marketing Manager. It builds next‑generation AI‑powered B2C and SaaS products - like its flagship tool for turning long-form video into short clips - leveraging generative AI and advanced LLM tech to deliver automation and real business impact. The project you are being asked to work on turns existing video cameras into intelligent Video AI Agents that proactively detect and respond in real-time to safety, operational, and security issues - no manual monitoring required. The main objective of the role is to bring the product to the top Reddit discussions through native posts, comments, AMA, and throw-ins. Create a permanent brand presence in target subreddits. You are offered a remote position.Responsibilities

• Creation and warming up of characters for Reddit (brand voice / experts / clients)
• Posting and commenting with precise targeting of the target audience
• Curation of content from the team and freelancers
• Launching AMA posts, memes, polls
• Maintaining a database of subreddits, analytics, best hits

Tools:

• Reddit, Reddit Enhancer, Notion, Figma, Meme generators
• GPT, Midjourney, CapCut
• VPN, proxy, warming tools, Telegram bots
• Zapier (notifications for new threads)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Reddit: know where and what you can do
• Wrote on behalf of a brand or know how to get into "technical" humor
• Know how to bypass shadow-ban, use multi-accounts
• Having Reddit profiles (or ghost-posts) that you are proud of and consider relevant
• International experience
• Experience in a startup that lasted up to 1 year
• Russian C1+
• English C1+
