The Opportunity

We are now looking to make our first strategic senior hire, at Principal Consultant level, someone who will play a key role in building and scaling our Risk & Compliance practice.

This role is designed for someone already performing strongly who wants to operate in an environment with greater autonomy, international exposure, and the opportunity to scale their desk significantly.

You will work closely with myself and Jevon to develop market strategy while delivering senior search mandates across crypto, payments, trading, and lending organisations navigating complex regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior search mandates across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Regulatory leadership roles
• Partner with clients across crypto, payments, trading, and lending platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Risk and Compliance professionals internationally
• Contribute to the development and growth of the firm’s Risk & Compliance practice
• Play a key role in business development and strategic client partnerships

Desirable

• Operating at Principal Consultant or Senior Consultant level within recruitment or executive search
• Proven billing track record in the £300k–£400k range
• Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, or regulatory markets
• Exposure to FinTech, crypto, payments, trading, or lending sectors is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a specialist firm
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment
