Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)About The Role We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on security, compliance, and risk management scenarios. What You'll Do

• Review and analyze AI-generated responses to security policy, audit, and compliance scenarios
• Evaluate the accuracy and quality of risk assessments, control mappings, and compliance classifications
• Identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in AI reasoning around frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Generate and validate training data that reflects how GRC works inside real organizations
• Provide structured, precise written feedback using evaluation rubrics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, audit, or risk management
• Solid working knowledge of one or more major frameworks — SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar
• Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit findings, and control documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
• No prior AI experience required — your GRC expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in information security or cybersecurity risk
• Familiarity with GRC platforms or tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Vanta)
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
