What You'll Do
- Share a GitHub repository for a project you own and are actively working on
- Continue building it in your own development environment using an AI coding assistant in your terminal
- While you code, you'll occasionally be asked to choose the best of the responses the AI gives you
- We keep those preference answers; you keep everything you build
- Hands-on software engineering experience in any language or stack
- A substantial project of your own on GitHub — not a tutorial, template, or to-do app
- Comfort working in the terminal and with Git
- Clear judgment about code quality, correctness, and sound engineering trade-offs
- Work on a real project that matters to you — not contrived tasks
- Contribute to cutting-edge AI development alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
