People’s Pharmacy Limited, is a multi-site pharmacy and retail business, based in Bermuda.
Role Description
Reporting to the CFO, the Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for production of management accounts for 3 companies, including intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
The role will be remote, on a freelance consultancy basis, for 2 to 3 days a week. Hours of work will mainly be UK hours, but on occasion may involve Bermuda Hours (GMT - 4 hours)
Responsibilities:
· Production of draft management accounts for the 3 companies in the group
· Posting of month end journals including prepayments and fixed assets
. Intercompany reconciliations and related journals.
· Reconciliation of revenue share for hospital-based pharmacy
. Year end Audit preparation
Qualifications
· Part-Qualified of Qualified by experience
· Experience of producing management accounts for multiple companies
· Comfortable with intercompany reconciliations
· Familiarity with QuickBooks desktop (not the Online version)
· Extensive experience of reconciliations required
· Attention to detail and accuracy of accounting data
· Retail experience preferred
· Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues whilst working remotely.
