As a Principal Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering complex, high-impact programmes—driving delivery excellence, empowering cross-functional teams, and building strong client partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading agile, tech-enabled programmes
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and low-code tools (e.g. Power Platform)
• Ability to coach, mentor and lead senior delivery professionals
• A track record of building trusted, long-term client relationships
• Commercially savvy, with experience in contract and delivery governance
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering and delivery practices
• Experience operating in multi-vendor, distributed team environments
• Previous background in national or international consultancies

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience with digital transformation or user-centred design programmes
• Exposure to business development or follow-on sales opportunities
• Involvement in thought leadership (public speaking, content, awards etc.)
• Project or programme certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP)
