Project Coordinator

Position: -Project Coordinator

Location: Netherlands – Remote work

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Director of Infrastructure & Operations
• Organize and prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint
• Manage and prioritize calendar and schedule meetings across global time zones
• Set up recurring and ad hoc meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Take accurate and actionable meeting notes and distribute summaries
• Learn and support the Purchase Order (PO) process using JD Edwards (JDE)
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to coordinate project needs
• Handle general administrative tasks and program-related coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to take initiative and work independently without close supervision
• Experience working in global or cross-cultural teams preferred
• Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work CET hours
